Our clients are career-driven professionals—nurses, executives, lawyers, and entrepreneurs—who want real results with real structure.THE ROLEWe’re hiring a remote Women’s Weight Loss Coach to support our 1:1 coaching clients across our Premier, VIP, and Essential Wellness programs.You'll be responsible for delivering weekly check-ins, providing daily accountability via messaging, customizing workouts, and helping our clients build life-changing habits. You’ll also contribute to community support, content, and (optionally) lead generation.Qualifications :Required:• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) – must hold a valid certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)• 1+ year experience coaching clients in weight loss, fitness, or health behavior change• Proficient in strength training, fat loss strategies, and client accountabilityPreferred (Bonus Points):• Certified Nutrition Coach (e.g., Pn1, NASM-CNC, ISSA Nutritionist)• CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) or advanced degree in health/fitness• Women’s health specialization or hormonal/metabolic coaching certifications (e.g., GGS, FDN, Precision Hormones, etc.)• Experience using tools like Trainerize, Slack, Notion, or Google WorkspaceThis role reports to:• Head Coach – for client protocols, delivery standards, and feedback• Director of Operations (DOO) – for scheduling, time off, and internal projectsRESPONSIBILITIES• Respond to weekly client check-ins within 24 hours• Customize workouts based on client needs and templates• Monitor progress and escalate client red flags when needed• Respond to messages 2–3x/day during business hours (Mon–Fri)• Attend weekly internal coaching calls• Host or co-host at least 1 client group coaching call/month• Contribute weekly to our online client community (wins, lives, tips)• Submit end-of-week (EOW) report summarizing client status• Optional: contribute to content, testimonials, and social media support• Optional: support lead generation by engaging on IG or in community spacesWHO YOU ARE• A coach with heart, hunger, and humility• Highly organized, detail-driven, and client-obsessed• Confident working with high-achieving women who expect results• Growth-oriented and willing to receive coaching and feedback• Someone who doesn’t miss deadlines or “ghost” when life gets busy• Available 20–30 hours/week and ready to be part of a fast-paced teamOUR CORE VALUES (Read these twice.
