Maintains up-to-date, accurate patient identification roster. Documents on unit flow sheets/patient records accurately and consistently. Performs environmental activities to maintain clean and orderly work area. Completes assigned unit duties. Leaves station in a clean and orderly condition at completion of shift. Supports unit/hospital goals through participation in PI activities. Assists with monitoring activities. Modifies behaviors of performance to comply with care standards and meet established guidelines.Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established.Working Relationships: Coordinates activities of others (does not supervise).
