As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our case processing, mail room, and communications support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:• Case Processing Support: Logging in petitions, creating and labeling case folders, researching cases, preparing and entering associated data in systems, maintaining the integrity of files, scanning documents, and associating them with electronic case files.• Mail Room Support: Receiving, sorting, opening, organizing, date stamping, and delivering incoming mail and cases, operating letter insertion and postage equipment, identifying and sorting mail, petitions, and files, and delivering routing sheets/file requests to the appropriate units.• Communications Support: Logging and delivering messages, logging petitions, inputting call questions and/or email responses into a tracking system, documenting every call/email, escalating calls to supervisors as required, resolving caller questions promptly and efficiently, and communicating answers clearly and correctly from a scripted call response plan.Essential Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:• Minimum of one to two years of relevant administrative experience preferred, with experience in an office/clerical environment desired.• Ability to pass a typing test of at least 35-40 words per minute with no errors.• Intermediate computer skills utilizing multiple monitors and active sessions, with basic use of MS Office including Excel, Word, and Email.• Good interpersonal and professional communication skills, with a very good command of the English Language; Spanish is a plus.• Ability to work in a multi-task environment with rapidly changing priorities, demonstrating a professional work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsIn addition to the essential qualifications and skills, the following are preferred:• Experience working in a remote or teleworking environment.• Familiarity with data entry software and systems.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
