Create technical strategy and roadmap for various shared engineering services, including enterprise integration and middleware services, performance engineering, DevOps, platform (PaaS) and infrastructure services (IaaS), which is central to everything we do. Oversee all aspects of Cloud Engineering. Serve as a member of our Technology Leadership team. Lead, inspire and grow a highly talented, diverse, world-class engineering team of approximately 70 engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across our Technology Leadership Team to help scale our digital technologies and microservices applications. Lead engineering team to address integrations on ESB platforms, using technologies including WebMethods, Mule, Kafka and Azure Integration Services. Actively participate, collaborate, and influence overall IT architecture, and provide direction on how to build highly scalable applications. (Position allows some work-from- home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager.
