We are seeking compassionate and motivated licensed clinical counselors to join our practice.This role will offer the benefits of private practice, competitive pay, flexibility, and autonomy without the administrative headache of having to run one.Position Overview: We are seeking fully licensed or associate level counselors with experience providing individual, family and adolescents counseling to join our growing group practice as 1099 independent contractors. Contractors will provide psychotherapy services virtually with the freedom to set their own schedules, while maintaining a minimum of 10 client sessions per week to ensure consistent client care.Sole Solutions provides referrals, billing support, and insurance credentialing, allowing you to focus on what you do which is assisting client reach their treatment goals.Responsibilities:• Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner.• Deliver client-centered, evidence-based interventions.• Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and licensure standards.• Participate in case consultations staffings.Qualifications:• Active NC license: LCMHC, LCSWA, or LMFT or associate level equivalent.• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field.• Strong organizational and clinical skills.• Telehealth experience preferred but not required.Compensation: $65–$90 per clinical hour (paid based on sessions completed).• Contractors maintain independence while benefiting from:• Referrals and marketing support• Full billing and administrative support• Insurance credentialing provided• Access to consultation and supervision (if desired)How to Apply:• Submit your resume and a brief cover letter including:• Your licensure type• Your areas of clinical interestSole Solutions is growing, and we want you to grow with us.
