Must be able to write well.Fluent in EnglishAbout the Job : Mid-level Dental Receptionist/ Collector/ Dental Biller/ Dental Front Desk/ Computer Data Entry Clerk/Bookkeeper/Organizer position available at a Dental Office.Key Duties & Responsibilities• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar• Billing & collections (patients + insurance)• Input written information into dental software (EHR/Practice Mgmt)• Organize paper files into digital e-files (patient charts)• Data entry, bookkeeping, and insurance rebilling• Communicate with insurance companies, vendors, and patients• Assist with tracking overdue balances and making collection callsEach team member will focus on:1. Collections: Making collection phone calls, following up on outstanding balances, and handling billing.2.
