Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on our clients' businesses.ResponsibilitiesAs a Virtual Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating by completing written and oral instructions* Completing written surveys provided for each panel and providing honest and thoughtful feedback* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date* Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements* Reviewing and using new products or services before they are launched to the public* Providing feedback on free samples from our sponsors and partnersQualificationsTo be successful as a Virtual Customer Service Support Representative, you will need to have:* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop* Access to a reliable internet connection* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions* No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essentialExperienceWhile experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can commit to participating in discussions and providing feedback.
