This is an amazing opportunity to join an emerging leader in the AI automation space and make a real impact on the mobile industry.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Wireless Communications Systems Engineer. In this role, you will help create and improve on transformational technologies and solutions for mobile wireless operator networks. Responsibilities include analyzing wireless network performance data in support of product feature design, developing Python scripts to aid with this analysis, preparing customer reports with the results of the analysis, algorithm design, and analyzing the results of new features within live operator networks.We are looking for someone who can:• Define product requirements and develop algorithms for cellular network analysis and optimization tools.• Analyze measurement data from cellular networks to support development of features using tools such as Python, Pandas and Numpy.• Analyze and design new algorithms and features for Spectrum-NET.• Proactively apply critical thinking to anticipate possible issues.• Develop creative solutions to overcome difficult problems.• Collaborate with other wireless systems engineering team members.• Work with software development teams and actively contribute to the implementation of Spectrum-NET features.• Analyze data to characterize behavior and performance of new features in lab and live network environments.• Write technical documents and papers specifying technical requirements, solutions, and product goals.Qualifications• LTE and 5G NR RF network optimization and troubleshooting processes knowledge and experience with Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson and/or Samsung RAN products.• Understanding of RF propagation, RF Interference and how these impact cellular wireless networks.• Skilled in using scripting languages such as Python and libraries such as Pandas and Numpy for analyzing LTE and 5G performance management (PM) counter data.• Demonstrated understanding of how RAN PM are collected and reported.• Candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills in the areas of critical thinking, data analysis, research and problem solving.• Demonstrating an understanding of machine learning techniques and its applications is considered a plus.• Excellent written and communications skills in English.• Master’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.Preferred Skills• Experience with querying data from NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, InfluxDB).• Understanding of machine learning techniques and its applications is considered a plus.Additional InformationWhy Join Us· Dynamic Team: Collaborate with passionate experts driving real innovation in the telecom space· Career Growth: Work on high-impact problems with real ownership and visibility· Meaningful Work: Help shape the next generation of ML-driven network analytics· Attractive Benefits: Competitive salary, stock options, and a flexible work environmentThis is a hybrid position.
