Position Summary...What you'll do...The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing relationships with suppliers, driving campaign success and contributing to the overall growth and success of the AM organization. As leaders within their team and organization, Sr AMs are expected to drive improvement and efficiency and are constantly seeking ways to enhance processes and streamline operations to achieve better results for both the suppliers and the company. Senior Account Managers are leaders amongst their team, consistently delivering on roles and responsibilities. They provide consultative and strategic service, and proactively define best practices and new learnings to share with their team/organization. Senior Account Managers take accountability and ownership for the success of their suppliers, proactive addressing challenges, planning for risks and driving results. They ideate and co-create with Leadership to drive operational excellence and efficiency across the organization. As adaptability and change agents, Sr AMs thrive and lead in dynamic environments. They are excellent communicators who can quickly adjust approach based on evolving needs. Sr AMs are embracing change, first adaptors and helping AMs, AAMs through sharing learnings and best practices. Senior Account Managers have a proactive mindset and drive solutions and improvements. They identify issues and provide recommendations for solve. They are informed on WMC Systems (WAC, Luminate, Merch One, etc.) and provide guidance to others. They are involved in XFN workstreams and understand who to reach out to for support when needed (SME, AES Resources, etc.) Senior Account Managers have strong organization presence. They are Mentors to the organization and Coaches to new hires. They share ideas, drive improvement, and ideate with Leadership. They drive culture outside of the account team by attending organizational events (DE&I, AES Culture, office events, etc.) Seniorr Account Managers excel in building client relationships, prioritizing trust and credibility, and surpassing expectations. They are proactive in providing strategic insights and recommendations to grow supplier business. Sr AMs seek out self-education, ensuring they are up to date on product knowledge and best practices to educate suppliers and agency partners. They are highly organized and thrive on operational rigor. They are consistently meeting launch goals, campaign deliverables and maintaining high levels of organizational excellence through detailed trackers and shared resources. They are go-to resources for other AAMs and AMs on best-in-class examples for templates, time management support, and process questions. Senior Account Mamagers have strong business acumen. They lead meetings with effective communication and collaboration. Their communication style is tailor to speak to all levels, from entry level to senior leadership. Throughout meetings (in person and virtual) they are actively participating through body language, turning on camera’s and engaging with thoughtful insights and questions.
