Learner Education is seeking a part-time, remote Tutor Support Representative to help match students with the right tutors. This entry-level position is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about education and can easily adapt to new systems and processesResponsibilities: Review student profiles to understand needs and goals. Research tutor profiles to find the best matches. Communicate with tutors and manage responses via email. Schedule and confirm trial sessions between students and tutors. Track trial sessions from start to finish. Collaborate with Academic Advisors to ensure successful placements. Provide exceptional support to students and tutors. Conduct welcome calls for new tutors and build professional relationships. Maintain clear communication across teams. Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Empathetic and passionate about education. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with technology and adapting to new tools (Google Suite, Slack, ZenDesk, VOIP). Problem-solver with the ability to manage urgent situations calmly. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Open to feedback and committed to personal growth. Requirements A basic understanding of the U.S. education system is preferred. Education, tutoring, or test prep experience is a plus, but not required. Must have a computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace. Work Schedule:We are offering two schedule options (all times Eastern Time): Monday - Friday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Please indicate your preferred schedule when applying.This is a seasonal remote position ending on May 31, 2026. Based on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity to return for the Fall 2026 seasonCompensation: $18 per hourBenefits Holiday Pay: Part-time employees who have been with the company for six months or more are eligible for holiday pay if the holiday falls on a regularly scheduled workday. In these cases, employees may submit the average number of hours they typically work on that day, instead of a default of 8 hours. 401(k) Plan: Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan. Please note there is currently no employer match.
