We are looking for a Training Instructor to develop and deliver training programs focused on sales and behavioral skills, aimed at commercial and customer service teams in the automotive sector.This professional will be responsible for preparing content aligned with the company's commercial strategies and conducting training to strengthen performance, customer relations, and product knowledge applied to the sales process.Working scheme: Remote with availability for frequent travelResponsibilities• Develop teaching materials and content for sales training, customer service, and behavioral development.• Deliver in-person and/or online training to sales teams.• Work on topics such as sales techniques, negotiation, consultative approach, customer relations, loyalty, and professional behavior.• Apply modern learning and facilitation methodologies.• Map training needs with the customer area.• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and propose constant improvements.• Update content according to new products, commercial strategies, and business goals.Education:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience:• Previous experience training commercial teams or as a sales instructor.• Experience in the automotive sector or in segments involving consultative sales is a significant advantage. Required knowledge:• Sales, negotiation, and consultative service techniques.• Behavioral content applied to the commercial environment (communication, posture, customer focus, teamwork, etc.).• Preparation of presentations and commercial content.• Use of tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and/or LMS.
