This role requires exceptional skills in translating business strategy into executable project plans, with clear prioritization at both quarterly and sprint levels. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)Product Development Support• Translate product vision and strategic initiatives into clear, actionable execution plans — including roadmaps, detailed workstreams, and supporting documentation such as workflows and diagrams — to ensure alignment across teams.• Lead enterprise-level and sprint backlog grooming, performing radical prioritization exercises to ensure high-impact focus.• Apply AI tools within Agile and waterfall workflows to enhance team productivity and process efficiency; identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data-driven insights.• Build and maintain agile project frameworks, incorporating RICE scoring for product and data backlog prioritization, sprint velocity tracking, financial forecasting, burn-down monitoring.• Define clear RACI matrices for all projects, mitigating blockers, navigating cross-team dependencies and ensuring accountability among team members and stakeholders• Partner with product, QA, data, and engineering teams to define and document technical requirements, user stories, workflows, test criteria, and release notes; support QA and UAT coordination before and after release.• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with a focus on triage, iteration and impact.Commercial Media Project Support• Partner with commercial media programs’ leads to define and prioritize functional and technical requirements aligned to the digital experience roadmap for specific clients.• Support development of program estimates, timelines, and capacity planning to ensure efficient resource allocation.• Collaborate with analytics teams to assess performance metrics, identify issues, and facilitate troubleshooting for underperforming programs.Qualifications• 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Technical Project Manager ideally in digital media, healthcare, or B2B tech environments.• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects using agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.• Expertise in creating and managing work plans, project briefs, timelines, and impact assessments (RICE, ROI, etc.).• Proficiency with Jira and agile planning tools; comfort working across multiple product and engineering backlogs.• Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycles and omnichannel marketing media workflows.• Familiarity with velocity planning, resource allocation, financial tracking, forecasting, and supporting budget management activities.• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.Preference for:• Experience in healthcare media, HCP marketing, or a digital publishing environment.• Exposure to MarTech, AdTech, or experience optimization platforms.• PMP or Scrum Master certification.Additional InformationBenefits:A career opportunity with M3 USA offers competitive wages, and benefits such as:• Health and Dental• Life, Accident and Disability Insurance• Prescription Plan• Flexible Spending Account• 401k Plan and Match• Paid Holidays and Vacation• Sick Days and Personal Day• M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organizationM3 USA is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the principles of inclusion and diversity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.All employment decisions at M3 USA are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, national, social or ethnic origin, sex (including pregnancy), age, physical or mental disability, medical history or genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, past or present military service, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the federal, state or local laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.#LI-MM1#LI-Remote
