If you love building strong candidate pipelines, running structured interviews, and using data to guide hiring decisions, this is the role for you.To apply, you’ll only need to fill out a quick form on our website — less than 5 minutes.Your Role:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our recruiting efforts by:• Owning Full-Cycle Recruiting: Write and customize job descriptions, source across multiple platforms, and manage candidates from application to offer.• Screening & Interviewing: Run structured Google Meet & Zoom screens and competency-based interviews with clear, consistent scorecards.• Presenting Candidates to Clients: Build concise candidate packets (resume highlights, interview notes, assessments, etc) and deliver shortlists that are highly aligned with our clients' expectations, along with clear recommendations.• Collaborating with Clients: Join discovery and calibration calls to align on role requirements, must-haves/nice-to-haves, and feedback.• Maintaining Quality & Consistency: Ensure all candidates meet our high bar for professionalism, company culture, communication, and role fit before client presentation.• Pipeline Hygiene: Keep our ATS stages clean, data accurate, and updates on time — so nothing slips through the cracks.• Experimenting & Improving: Suggest and test process improvements (AI tools, automations, sourcing tweaks) to make hiring smoother and faster.• Partnering with HR & Client Success: Work alongside our HR team to ensure smooth handoffs into onboarding and client success.✅ What You’ll Need:• 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in BPO, SMB, or services environments.• Proven track record sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.• Excellent English (spoken & written); confident on client-facing calls.• Strong judgment on candidate quality, using structured interviews and scorecards.• Solid ATS hygiene, plus comfort with Zoom, Google Workspace, and professional messaging.• Being a team player with strong communication skills and an outgoing and professional personality — approachable, and able to collaborate across different teams.• Openness to feedback, being coachable, and eager to learn — you thrive in an environment of continuous improvement.• This role is open only to candidates based in Latin-America & Europe.Nice-to-Haves:• Experience tailoring Job Descriptions across multiple markets and interviewing for many roles of different industries.• Familiarity with ChatGPT (drafting/summarizing) and Zapier (basic automations).• LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.• Exposure to client service industries (legal, accounting, healthcare, marketing, etc).What We Offer:• Competitive salary (in USD) based on experience.• 15 paid days off + applicable US & Canada shared holidays.• A supportive team culture where your ideas matter.• Opportunities to learn and grow alongside an HR team building next-generation recruiting processes.Ready to Apply?If you’re resourceful, detail-driven, and passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities — and grow your career with Veta Virtual.
