Your primary responsibilities will include:* Providing great customer service via phone and email* Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more* Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concernsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level).
