Working in close partnership with executive leadership, clinical teams, and external stakeholders, the VP leads cross-functional initiatives that align behavioral health operations with broader organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing program development, workforce management, budgetary planning, contract negotiation, and performance metrics, as well as ensuring adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards.What you’ll work on:• Operations team leadership• Support operations team for a care setting (or settings) in achieving its goals for growth, clinical quality, client experience, clinical and non-clinical employee experience, and financial performance, along with path to achieving these goals• Communicate performance• Care delivery• Partner with clinical leaders to ensure clinical programs and services are evidence-based, patient-centered, and in line with best practices• Monitory the quality of care being delivered against key metrics (e.g. timeliness of documentation) and address any gaps or issues promptly• Provider management• Partner with clinical leaders to ensure ATC remains a destination workplace for clinicians, that core processes (e.g. scheduling, pay) operate smoothly, and that retention goal are met• Support operations team in addressing provider issues that arise as needed• Client management• Build senior level relationships with executives at priority (e.g. top 20) clients and support team in troubleshooting challenging client situations• Partner with Client Services team and care coordinators to track client health across full portfolio of clients and implement best practices for communicating ATC value, troubleshooting issues, and surfacing risks to broader leadership team• Other duties as assignedWhat you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, Healthcare Administration or related field• At least 10 years of related experience, including leadership experience in a behavioral health setting• Experience with organizational design, process creation and implementation, and strategic planning• Provides direct supervision of staff, including assignment of work tasks, coaching and general performance management• Coaches, develops and mentors direct reports with an emphasis on building career paths for professional growth.• Administers progressive discipline, including corrective action, when necessary, to ensure high levels of job performance and compliance with company policy.• Conducts formal performance appraisals for all direct reports and develops action plans for continued development and performance improvement.• Manages payroll activities for direct reports to include timekeeping, approval for time off requests, and other administrative functions.• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs• Passion for driving innovation, creation, and continuous improvement, while minimizing uncertainty and maximizing efficiency• Proven ability in balancing need for long-term solutions with everyday needs of business and taking responsibility for creating positive change in an ever-evolving environment• Capability to lead teams that work proactively, independently and reliably under tight time frames in a fast‐paced environment• Ability to collaborate cross‐functionally, take initiative, and think pragmatically• Ability to thrive in a High growth, fast-paced organization and 100% Remote based environment• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time• Must be able to occasionally travel for meetings and collaborationCompany perks:• 100% Remote• Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)• Health Savings Account• Flexible Spending (Medical and Dependent Care)• Employer Paid Life and AD&D (Supplemental available)• Flexible Vacation and Sick Leave, Wellness Days, and Paid HolidaysAbout our recruitment process:We don’t expect a perfect fit for every requirement we’ve outlined.
