All you need is a reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and the grit to take action.Your Role:As a Virtual Assistant, you'll:• Research and verify surplus funds from county records• Contact claimants by phone to inform them about available funds (scripts provided)• Communicate with relatives and track updates in our CRM• Guide claimants through the early stages of recovery• Stay organized, follow up, and follow throughShift Schedule (U.S. Central Standard Time — NON-NEGOTIABLE):You must be available to work one of the following 4-hour shifts, Monday–Friday:• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST• 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CSTThese shifts are strictly in CST and are non-negotiable, even for international applicants.
