Away from Home brings PepsiCo’s entire portfolio of beverages, snacks, and nutrition to out-of-home consumption channels, including restaurants, universities, offices, stadiums, hotels, airports, and much more. Away From Home is a key enabler of PepsiCo’s strategy, serving as a source of profitable growth, a vehicle to build our brands, and a source of new occasions.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Transformation plays a critical role in charting PepsiCo’s long-term growth and influencing effective execution with cross-functional partners. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the resources and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to market trends, and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most pressing issues facing the company by influencing brand and channel priorities and by undertaking transformational initiatives (e.g., data & analytics, digital ordering) to achieve the greatest possible growth and penetration.Our team primarily works across three types of projects: long term strategic planning, growth priorities (e.g., portfolio, channel/customer strategy), and transformation that enables PepsiCo to create long term advantage through next-gen capabilities.• Provide thought partnership to the Strategy & Transformation leadership team and business partners on a broad range of business-critical topics.• Independently drive project analytics, applying logical and creative thinking to deliver fact-based insights.• Build “Executive ready” project deliverables with limited guidance from project leaders.• Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills including the ability to challenge the status quo.• Execute against time-sensitive requests from Executive leaders and cross-functional business partners.• Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends.Compensation and Benefits:• The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
