Job title: Furniture Senior Sales Manager Healthcare - HiTouch (Remote)Company: StaplesJob description: What you’ll be doing:• Manage Healthcare Furniture Account Executives as assigned on a national level• Align with GPO alliances and enhance HiTouch Business Services’ position• Direct sales activities and engage with key client meetings on a regular basis• Focus on retention of strategic accounts, contract management, vendor engagement within those accounts, and vertical growth within existing accounts• Responsible for new business development within identified strategic markets• Recruit, Hire and Retain Furniture Account Executives for identified regions in throughout the country• Become well-versed in every area of the healthcare furniture business segment as part of a focused area of growth for HiTouch• Hold weekly update calls with FAE’s to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within their respective books of business and prospect target accounts• Create revenue and margin budgets that challenge associates and promotes accountability for production• Manage margin production• Work closely with the design team managers to ensure processes and procedures are following protocol• Training with key aligned manufacturers and maintain strategic relationships with those manufacturers, especially healthcare specific• Work with the division Vice President to create new, outside of the box, marketing and selling strategies• Responsible for complete revenue and margin production of the furniture sales teams, including the internal support teams• Engages with the respective designers and FAE’s to communicate process flow and order flow• Engaged with Ops/PM’s to ensure that the appropriate processes are identified and measured relative to all phases of the scheduling and installation process• Works with Division VP to recruit and train key support individuals within the department as revenue and profitability merit• Work to improve processes, team member roles and responsibilities, and areas of process and technique improvement on an on-going basis• Will be a key member of the management team and will have direct input and influence on sales strategies, market awareness and opportunities, and alignments with manufacturing partners.• Will work closely with the division Vice President to create growth, with subsequent support needs, to facilitate short-term and long-term revenue and profitability goals.• Responsible for knowing every aspect of the sales and support team and promote positive and productive work environment with short-term and long-term planning that supports our Customer First philosophyWhat you bring to the table:• Outside of the box thinking, creativity, leading edge industry development, and evolving strategies that promotes excitement and enticement for our sellers• Know the sellers, the accounts, the markets, the manufacturers, and the current trends within the industry.QualificationsWhat’s needed- Basic Qualifications• Strong computer experience in MS Office Platforms, AS400 and CFS/Sunrise• Furniture industry/product knowledge – ability to anticipate workflow challenges with orders, coordinate timelines accordingly, and be the liaison for all order flow related events• Strong interpersonal/communication skills• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams• Highly adaptable – able to work in a dynamic environment• Highly organized – detail oriented and able to multi-task• Strong initiativeWe Offer:• Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups• Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)• Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and moreExpected salary:Location: La Vergne, TNApply for the job now![ad_2]
