Provide in-depth, high level training for internal and external customers as needed. Oversee the handling of government notices by team members for timely and accurate handling. Review, assist with or assign research projects completed by the department. Create reports and action plans based on department trend analysis and system data. Flex system creation, updates, reporting and analysis. Four years Brokerage work experience required, Regulatory experience preferred. Brokers License required. QDM Apprentice required. A thorough knowledge of customs regulations, harmonized tariff schedule, and any other federal agency laws, regulations, procedures governing the customs brokerage industry with preferred emphasis in post-entry processes. Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments in a time-sensitive atmosphere. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Organizational and problem solving skills. Detail orientated. Ability to handle high volume and time sensitive of work.
