We are seeking a talented Solutions Analyst to join our Labor Systems team, empowering our world-class Cast Members to deliver Disney's legendary Guest service.About the RoleAs a Solutions Analyst, you will report to the Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions and play a critical role in providing comprehensive system strategy, optimization, and support for all labor and personnel management systems across domestic sites. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering a unique chance to work with a leading company in the entertainment industry.Key Responsibilities:• Follow well-known approaches for software development methodologies and testing procedures to ensure high-quality solutions.• Provide rapid and accurate results for clients, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional service.• Maintain an updated understanding of IT technology and trends, attending seminars, training events, and analyzing relevant journals and technical documentation.• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of data integrations technology currently in use, ensuring seamless system interactions.• Participate in "well-known methodology" projects, driving continuous improvement and best practices.• Provide high-level estimation based on initial requirements, breaking down complex issues into manageable and testable tasks.• Understand, recommend, and guide robust reporting and analytic architectures, ensuring data-driven decision-making.• Build balanced and extensible solutions that require minimal resources to maintain, optimizing system performance.• Develop outstanding, easy-to-use solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders.• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.• Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-moving environment, demonstrating adaptability and time management skills.• Participate in an on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment obligations with the team, ensuring seamless system operations.Requirements and QualificationsEssential Qualifications:• 1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or comparable language.• 1 or more years of experience working with information technology (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or comparable.• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.• Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail and a quest for quality.• Demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform task obligations in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.• The ability to handle diverse data sets and resolve conflicts effectively.• The initiative to achieve outcomes despite uncertainty, being proactive, self-motivating, and autonomous.Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net) and experience with Visual Studio or comparable IDE (Integrated Development Environment).Education:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.What We OfferDisney offers a comprehensive rewards package to help you live your best life.
