This role will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing and executing tailored social media strategies, and collaborating with our internal creative and digital marketing teams.You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients and our team, ensuring their social media presence reflects their business goals while keeping ahead of emerging trends and industry best practices. This role requires a balance of creative storytelling, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client social media initiatives.• Develop, manage, and grow multiple clients’ social media presence across platforms.• Identify and align social strategies with clients’ business and brand goals.• Oversee multiple projects with varying deadlines and deliverables.• Collaborate with our creative and content teams to produce engaging content (e.g., campaigns, events, videos, graphics, recaps).• Contribute to brainstorms, campaign planning, and special projects.• Track, measure, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting client priorities.• Occasional travel for client projects, events, or campaigns as needed.WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• 3+ years of relevant social media or digital marketing experience.• Strong understanding of organic and paid social media platforms.• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).• Proficiency in tools such as Shopify, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software (CapCut/FinalCut/Opus Clip/Canva/etc).• Proven experience in social media management and marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.• Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management.• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize campaigns beyond single posts.• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.If you’re passionate about social media, storytelling, and helping brands grow, we’d love to meet you. to join the Inbound Surge team and help shape the future of digital marketing.Job Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekWork Location: In person
