Located in the heart of Orange County, we are passionate about staying true to our roots and living a life of good vibes in and out of the office.The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for content strategy, planning, and execution alongside the Social Media Manager, which will be critical to brand development and business growth. This position requires a creative thinker and marketing professional who has a passion for social media and digital marketing as well as a talent for identifying trends within the fashion and marketing industry. This position will create content on a daily basis that elevates the brand, engages the community, and supports the business, working at the speed of the ever-changing social media landscape.POSITION DETAIL• Full Time• Reporting to Social Media Manager• Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA• Hybrid Schedule – 3-4 Days In Office / 1-2 Days Remote• Not accepting applicants unable to work at HeadquartersDuties And Responsibilities• General Marketing• Identify marketing trends/technologies and propose innovative ideas for marketing initiatives, focusing on social media and content creation• Work cross-functionally with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support business and content needs• Support the marketing team on photoshoots and events as needed• Act as a strong brand ambassador, building connections and nurturing positive relationships with our community• Social Media• Partner with the Social Media Manager to develop social media strategy that promotes brand awareness and e-commerce growth• Assist with social media calendars and project management• Schedule posts for organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, on Dash Social and natively• Manage community engagement across both paid and organic social• Content Creation• Partner with the Social Media Manager and creative leaders to develop content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and strengthens brand positioning• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and present new content ideas regularly• Produce content on a daily basis, including image and video, that promote brand elevation and product stories• Monitor content and product performance to inform content strategy and support business needs• Act as our main photographer at events, managing the shot list and building relationships with the attendees as you capture content• Capture behind-the-scenes content at photoshoots and in the office as neededQualifications, Experience And Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred• 2-4 years of social media or marketing related experience• Experience working with a fashion brand preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps• Proficient in photography, videography, and video editing• Experience with Dash Social or other social media tools required• Experience with Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills• Highly organized with careful attention to detail• Works well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment• Creative thinker and up to date on emerging marketing trends• Excellent project management skills with flexibility to switch between multiple projects• Enjoy working in a creative and high-energy environment that requires flexibility as we build a dynamic and fast-growing marketing programPHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONSThis position is currently operating as 3-4 days in office / partial remote position. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation.
