Job Description:• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across the CIO organization, particularly in InfoSec and Enterprise AI, to understand evolving talent needs and develop customized hiring strategies.• Build robust sourcing pipelines for high-impact technical talent, including Security Engineers and Analysts, AI/ML specialists, and platform architects.• Screen, assess, and present candidates with a strong focus on both technical excellence and team alignment.• Manage a seamless, high-touch interview process in collaboration with Talent Coordinators and technical interview panels.• Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to hiring teams—informing strategy with competitive trends.• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring each candidate and stakeholder experiences a professional, transparent, and timely recruiting process.• Ensure full compliance with hiring policies, legislation, and internal guidelines.• Communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of the organization, from senior ICs to executives.• Provide a white-glove recruiting experience to both candidates and hiring managers across multiple technical functions.• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the CIO, InfoSec, and AI organizations, understanding their strategic priorities and hiring roadmaps.• Source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and alternative channels, with a focus on innovation in talent pipelines.• Manage offer generation and negotiation processes with precision and professionalism.• Provide ongoing analysis of recruitment metrics and hiring trends to business leaders.• Act as a brand ambassador for CrowdStrike’s culture and mission—attracting security and AI professionals who align with our values of innovation and protection.Requirements:• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally for Cybersecurity, Information Security, and/or Enterprise AI teams.• Proven success recruiting across highly technical domains.• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.• Experience in both corporate and agency settings preferred, ideally within a fast-moving technology company.• Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior leaders and technical stakeholders.Benefits:• variable/incentive compensation• equity
