We look for like-minded individuals to join us as we aim to grow into the largest services firm in the world that bridges the gap between AI and enterprise success.About The RoleAs a Senior Software Engineer on our Client Experience team, you will lead projects across the client journey from marketing and sales enablement to our Client Workplace Platform. You will work in coordination with your engineering manager and other engineers on your team to improve the systems that our clients interact with. You will identify architectural gaps in your area of influence and propose creative solutions that pay dividends in productivity for your team.What You'll Do• Lead projects with high technical complexity in coordination with your team• Mentor engineers within your team• Influence engineering strategy supporting multiple clients• Uncover and eliminate architectural gaps to accelerate engineering in your area• Partner with Product to convert your impact into long-term ROI• Participate in an on-call schedule for your teamWhat We Need• 5+ years of software engineering work experience• Experience working with fully remote teams• Demonstrated experience independently leading projects at a quarterly scope• Demonstrated experience coordinating engineers on a single team within a project• Demonstrated experience authoring and maintaining excellent documentation at the team level• Strong experience with these technologies:• Frontend using React• Backend using Python Web Frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.)• Data Management Systems (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, etc.)• Cloud Deployment using Kubernetes (with observability)What's In It For YouWe believe in recognizing exceptional work with exceptional benefits.
