Must be able to work CST hours.To lead and optimize the agile delivery process by coaching cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution of complex data engineering projects in a dynamic and data-driven environment.Key Responsibilities• Reports to Technical Manager• Facilitates and influences both the Product Owner and Development Team to drive delivery and customer satisfaction• Facilitates advanced Scrum ceremonies for multiple workgroups including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, capacity planning, and retrospectives• Manages health, velocity, and throughput for workgroups using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement• Collaborates with Product Owners, Tech Managers, and P&E to ensure backlog alignment and dependency tracking• Identifies and resolves systemic impediments and risks impacting multiple teams• Supports budget health through ownership of the project record (PRJ) and oversight of forecasts and actuals• Promotes agile principles, self-organization, and collaboration for enhanced team performanceRequired Skills/Experience• 5 years of project management experience• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)• 5 years Agile methodologies and tools must include Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow• 5 year stakeholder communication and engagement• 5 year vendor and resource management experiencePreferences• Strong informal leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills• Strategic mindset with ability to manage inter-team dynamics and dependencies• Meeting coordination and facilitation• Resource allocation and planning• Proactive problem-solving approach• Agile mindset and adaptabilityEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field (Master's degree a plus)About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
