ResponsibilitiesHexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Proposals Management Administrator to join our team to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will work closely with our response build teams - Sales, Technical, Legal, and Finance departments to prepare proposals. The current opening is specifically to assist in supporting our account executives in North America, with a primary focus on RFP/RFI public and private sector responses and contributing resources. Your understanding of the complexity of RFx responses for software and consulting services, both public and private sector, and coordination of a response build team mean you are prepared to support a response from receipt of the request to submission.• Proposal Preparation: Draft and coordinate proposals using existing templates, working closely with technical teams to gather the necessary content and ensure submissions are tailored to client needs.• Response Team Leadership: Lead response build teams of 6 to 8 talented individuals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. You will be expected to:• Facilitate Effective Communication: Clearly articulate project goals and expectations, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.• Prioritize and Delegate Tasks: Assess the urgency and complexity of incoming requests, effectively prioritizing tasks to optimize team performance.• Manage Timelines and Deadlines: Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, holding team members accountable for their contributions while providing support to ensure deadlines are met.• Review and Edit Content: Act as both an editor and a writer (to a limited extent), ensuring high-quality deliverables as the final outcome.• Manage Requests: Manage multiple requests simultaneously from assignment to successful submission, working within the request timeline, following our very prescriptive and proven process. Prioritize effectively, reprioritizing as additional requests are receivedEducation / Qualifications• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or technical writing.• A minimum of 5 years of complex response experience.• Experience preparing proposals and technical documents.• Complex software and software consulting services RFP/RFI responses, for public and private entities.• Software consulting service statements of work, technical proposals and budgetary estimates.• Proficiency in Microsoft® Office applications.• Basic understanding of risk management.• Experience with Responsive and Salesforce or similar applications.• Advanced spoken and written English is essential.• Familiarity with software and database terminology is an asset but not required.About HexagonHexagon is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies.
