You’ll focus on operational excellence, bringing our brand strategies to life through flawless execution and ensuring sustainable growth in a highly competitive retail environment.We’re looking for a driven and strategic leader who thrives on collaboration, is passionate about our brands, and excels at building trust and long-term relationships at all levels of Walmart and key internal stakeholders.What You’ll Do for Us• LeadWalmart U.S. field sales operations, coordinating Coca-Cola system resources, bottlers, and retailers to deliver seamless program execution, accelerate sales growth, and optimize customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives.• Serve as theCoca-Cola system experton Walmart's operational strategy, business systems, and positioning, ensuring cohesive alignment between our company, Walmart teams, and key bottler operations.• Strategize and execute localized business plans in partnership with Walmart’s regional management, Coca-Cola bottlers, and retail stakeholders, focusing on ​driving volume and profit growth through key initiatives and precision execution.• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable Coca-Cola’s marketing and operational programs, meeting budgetary targets and growing relationships across markets.• Manage price/package plans and performance, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s business goals and shopper needs while maximizing Coca-Cola's competitive position in the market.• Provide ongoing insights, communication, and feedback with both Coca-Cola system stakeholders and Walmart's field teams.
