Management - Customer Experience, your key responsibilities will include:*Strategy & Planning (40%):+ Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers.+ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development decisions.+ Develop and manage product roadmaps, including prioritization and resource allocation.+ Work with stakeholders to understand financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities.*Delivery & Execution (30%):+ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.+
