The ideal candidate is both data-driven and client-focused, with the ability to transform complex performance data into compelling insights that drive measurable business results.This role combines SEM expertise with campaign innovation, budget management, and client leadership. As a member of the Paid Search team, the Paid Search Manager will ensure campaign excellence across multiple accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media solutions that align with brand objectives and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities• Lead the design, launch, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Demand Gen• Manage pacing, bids, budgets, and audience targeting to exceed KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, and efficiency goals• Translate brand objectives and complex subject matter into effective, measurable paid search strategies• Analyze performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Domo to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights• Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders• Partner with third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and integration• Develop structured testing agendas including bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segmentation• Collaborate with Paid Social, Media Strategy, and Analytics teams to deliver cross-channel consistency• Stay ahead of SEM industry trends, automation tools, and platform updates to drive campaign innovation• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as neededQualifications• Bachelor’s degree required• 3–5+ years of SEM experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns, ideally in healthcare/pharma• Proven success driving measurable business outcomes through paid search• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, smart bidding strategies, and attribution models• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills with strong analytical capabilities for forecasting, reporting, and optimization• Proficiency with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Domo, or similar• Experience with presenting search strategies and campaign build outs to clients• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate data into clear, persuasive narratives• Demonstrated project management experience delivering work on time, on budget, and at high quality• Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaignsThe anticipated salary range for this position will be $85K-$105K. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications.
