These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace.What You'll DoAs Senior Manager, HRBP-Americas & Field Sales you will play a strategic and hands-on role in delivering people-centric support to our Americas & Field Sales population across the U.S. This role partners closely with the cross-functional HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), including Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards.This is an exciting opportunity to make meaningful impact across the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding and development to performance management and culture-while ensuring compliance, consistency, and connection across the field organization.What You'll Be Working OnField Employee Lifecycle Management• Partner with Recruiting to support field hiring: reviewing job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate experience.• Lead seamless onboarding for Field Sales team members, including coordination of structured 30/60/90-day check-ins.• Administer and manage leave of absence (LOA) cases and act as primary contact for field employee benefits-related matters.• Ensure consistent offboarding experiences, including exit interviews and field feedback loops.Performance Management & Development• Guide field managers through performance enablement cycles, including check-ins, feedback, and calibration sessions.• Support planning and facilitation of learning and development initiatives tailored to field needs.• Act as a thought partner in building field talent pipelines and career development pathways.Employee Relations & Coaching• Provide day-to-day HR support to field managers and employees, including conflict resolution, coaching, and performance concerns.• Escalate complex issues appropriately while fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.• Build trust across a dispersed workforce, maintaining visibility and strong relationships.Culture & Engagement• Plan and support team-building and recognition initiatives to drive field engagement and retention.• Champion a positive employee experience aligned with Sol de Janeiro's values and inclusive culture.• Support engagement survey follow-up and activation of local action plans.HR Operations & Compliance• Maintain accurate and timely employee records in coordination with People Operations.• Ensure field practices are aligned with internal policies and federal/state labor laws.• Monitor and report on key people metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.Must Haves• 5-8 years of HR experience in a business partner, generalist, or employee experience role, with field or distributed workforce support.• Deep understanding of core HR practices: employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.• Experience managing sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and clarity.• Highly organized with strong follow-through and a bias for action.• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed to support field teams.Nice to Have• Experience in beauty, CPG, or lifestyle/creative industries.• Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, HiBob, or similar.• Enthusiasm for helping people do their best work.• Passion for employee experience and supporting high-performing, values-driven teams.#LI-HybridSalary Range$115,000-$130,000 USDWhy Sol de Janeiro?• Competitive salary and bonus program• Flexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growth• Inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individuality• The chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brandThe information contained herein is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee, as these may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.Sol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
