This role involves enhancing current or developing new instructor-led training (ILT) and web-based training (WBT) that is performance-based and learner-centric for federal agencies across multi-year contracts.Applicants must have experience with the full instructional design lifecycle for e-learning and instructor-led training: analyzing position/duties, designing appropriate training plans, and developing training using effective learning strategies. Additionally, applicants should be detail-oriented with strong facilitation, analytical, and technical writing skills.
