What’s the Job?The Senior Implementation Project Manager (PM) is a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders to ensure complex implementation plans are executed for large-scale enterprise US clients. An advocate for the customer, they manage and lead successful deployment of implementation plans for new clients while continuously seeking ways to improve processes and create efficiencies. The PM coordinates both internal and customer stakeholders; builds plans; and manages timelines, tasks, and hours to meet customers’ goals and expectations.What You’ll DoServe as project manager for the post-sales customer journeyManage and own the success of projects from end to end to include scoping, planning, solution designing, executing, risk/issue mitigation, communication planning, and stakeholder managementGather information from customers to analyse their needs, creating customized implementation plans that support business objectivesIdentify, monitor, and communicate any project risks and scope changes that arise, following change management proceduresBuild and foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and high-level executivesManage resource planning and utilization to drive progress, achieving Novidea and customer milestonesOwn and drive process improvements, software documentation, and implementation success, with sole responsibility for deliverables and exceptional customer experienceAssist sales team with pre-sales support in constructing project budgets, conveying the overall PM methodology to prospective customersDetermine and identify additional software and/or service opportunities during implementation engagementsCreate and deliver project presentations and status reports to internal and external stakeholders, communicating key accomplishments, next steps, and issues/risksFacilitate regular project team meetings with internal and/or external stakeholdersMentor junior team membersContinuously develop project management skills and knowledge and Novidea subject matter expertise What You Bring5+ years of project management experience implementing Enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in the Financial Services or Insurance industriesExtensive experience managing and executing complex projects, in scope, on time, and on budget, for a variety of customers simultaneouslyConsiderable experience with the above tasks for large-scale enterprise customersStrong ability to build and foster relationships with internal and external contacts at various levels, from end users to senior leaders and executivesStrong ability to collaborate with customers to identify their challenges and pain points to drive solutionsExtensive experience with project management toolsConsiderable experience with agile development tools such as JIRAAbility to anticipate the unexpected, identify and mitigate risks/issues, and navigate organizational chains internally and externally to find answers and drive results that solve problemsOutstanding written, oral, and presentation communication skills with ability to communicate project updates, issues, milestones, and risks to high-level stakeholdersEnthusiasm and ability to work in an environment of change with ability to drive results past spots of ambiguityA team player mindset with ability to work with global teams and stakeholdersAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time If You Bring These, Even Better!Hands-on technical knowledge of and skill in using SalesforceSkill in and experience using SmartsheetExperience working in a startupPMP certification The Novidean WayWe Originate | We Collaborate | We Step Up | We Evolve | We Make an ImprintWe hire people, not just skills.
