Job DescriptionAbout this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the Commercial Banking (CB) Human Resources team. This highly collaborative and influential position will operate as a liaison to assist with the design and implementation of human capital strategies in support of specific business initiatives with CB leaders. Furthermore, the Sr. HRBP will partner with peers and other members of the team for completion of cross-functional, enterprise Human Resources initiatives. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will be a key participant in strategic conversations with leaders within the Commercial Banking division to align Human Resources priorities with client needs; including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, Representation & Inclusion, Performance & Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. For additional information on the Human Resources and Commercial Banking lines of business, refer to… the external Careers Site at In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large scale planning related to Human Resources Consulting deliverables that positively impact the transformation of the Commercial Banking businesses Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, and provide potential solutions while managing change and mitigating risk Collaborate and partner closely with designated Human Resources Center of Excellence Partners for execution of cross-functional initiatives, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Talent and Performance Management and Talent Acquisition. Create and present relevant information, data analyses and visualizations to stakeholders and senior leaders in alignment with project and initiative management objectives and deliverables Drive the effective and efficient delivery of HR specialized services/support to ensure leadership receives the appropriate support to solve human capital issues Advise business leaders leveraging business, organizational and cultural knowledge, and data and analytics to develop and implement human resources solutions Resolve moderately complex issues to meet project deliverables while applying knowledge of Wells Fargo HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Embrace the Wells Fargo Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with partners to positively influence outcomes Required Qualifications 4+ years of Human Resources Advisory or Human Resource Business Partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge and application of various human-centric concepts in a consistent and compliant manner Ability to work effectively in a team environment with geographically dispersed partners, clients, and peers. Ability to navigate complexities to drive outcomes in a heavily regulated and compliance-driven organization. Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas in a global, matrixed organization Familiarity with supporting large, diverse populations of employees at all levels of the organization Experience in several of the following HR disciplines: talent development, talent management, compensation, recognition, performance management, diversity equity & inclusion, employee relations, team member engagement and retention, organizational design/development, executive coaching, human capital planning or staffing and recruiting Diversity equity and inclusion consulting experience Demonstration of resilience and leadership through times of ambiguity and change Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change in alignment with organizational goals and client objectives Ability to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and interventions Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining awareness of risk mitigation Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience working in a matrix environment: delegation of activities to appropriate owner of work, especially members of the broader HR Centers of Excellence (HR COE) Experience providing consult and presenting solutions to senior leadership and demonstration of considering and accepting feedback from partners Professional presentation skills Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule (minimum 3 days per week onsite) in one of the locations listed below.
