In this role, you will provide both operational and strategic leadership — ensuring third‑party facilities deliver warehouse operations and customer fulfilment leading a team of Warehouse Operations Managers and meet quality, sustainability, and cost targets, while driving continuous improvement and future‑focused innovation.What You Will DoThird‑Party Partner and team Management• Manage relationships and operational performance of third‑party Warehouse operators to deliver agreed logistics & customer fulfilment needs and volumes, quality standards, and service levels.• Serve as the primary liaison for escalation and resolution of logistics service delivery or issues between co‑packers and internal & external stakeholders.• Conduct regular performance reviews with third‑party partners to ensure ongoing improvement in key metrics.• Lead site visits to verify compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).• Lead a team of Warehouse Operations and Variety pack Operation managers and deliver results through the team. Guide the team to align on objectives and support the delivery of the sameWarehouse Operations & Operational Excellence• Collaborate with supply planning teams to coordinate warehouse inventory and dispatch plans and meet all other operating KBIs through a team of Warehouse manager and Variety Pack Manage,• Support the supply across co-manufacturing variety pack and third-party variety pack operations to meet product mix and delivery timelines.• Conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders where necessary to drive consistent delivery and improvement of supply chain metrics.• Review and optimize warehouse processes with a focus on operational efficiency, accuracy and cost optimization.• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational KBIs, including warehousing efficiency and inventory efficiency and customer dispatch• Partner with other functions to introduce process and technical innovations and improve process capabilities.Quality Assurance & Compliance• Ensure all third‑party operations meet Coca‑Cola product quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.• Collaborate with Quality and Food Safety teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.• Promote a culture of quality and compliance at partner sites.Inventory, Financial & Contract Management• Partner with Supply Chain Finance to prepare annual budgets, track performance, and manage cost drivers.• Approve third‑party invoices and verify alignment with contracted terms.• Support inventory control processes to meet corporate inventory policy requirements and accuracy standards.• Support contractual negotiations with co‑packers to optimize terms, production flexibility, and service levels.
