Location(s): United States of AmericaCity/Cities: RemoteTravel Required: 26% - 50%Relocation Provided: NoJob Posting End Date: October 16, 2025Shift:Job Description Summary:As our SR Director, you will report to the Vice President, Juice Supply Chain, and lead a high‑performing team responsible for managing all aspects of the strategic relationship between The Coca‑Cola Company and its designated regional contract manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and executing the regional supply chain strategy, fostering collaborative partnerships that deliver cost efficiencies, enhance performance, and establish sustainable operating models that drive continuous improvement.As a key business leader, the SR. Director plays an integral role in negotiating, finalizing, and managing contracts with external manufacturers, ensuring alignment with company objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements. The position provides end‑to‑end supply chain oversight, resolving complex operational issues across production conversion, quality management, transportation, and warehousing.In addition, role supports innovation initiatives through effective planning, on‑site implementation, and flawless, on‑time execution of new product launches. This leadership role also spearheads monthly business performance reviews to evaluate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational excellence initiatives across the contract manufacturing network.• Successful Candidate will reside in the Region for which they will provide support. Texas or MichiganFunction Specific Activities• Design and implement a robust operating model that drives continuous improvement, defines clear expectations for critical KPIs, and ensures customer requirements are consistently fulfilled.• Collect, interpret, and analyze key performance data — including consumer feedback, order fulfillment rates, budget variances, and production attainment — to identify variances from business plans, leveraging established systems and structured problem‑solving methodologies.• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports, fostering skill development, engagement, and performance excellence.• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Company stakeholders to conduct Annual Letter Settlement investigations and ensure alignment with contract manufacturing partners.• Develop and execute a comprehensive three‑year regional strategy that aligns local initiatives with the broader organizational and network objectives.• Lead monthly management routines and quarterly business reviews, partnering with Procurement to oversee contract negotiations, performance evaluations, renewals, and compliance.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.• 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.• Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.• Project Management and change management skill development needed.• Up to 50% travel.Technical/Functional Skills and Knowledge:• Analytical, Problem solving, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Supplier Relationship Management, Project Management, Financial Acumen, Negotiation skills.The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
