Take ownership of all phases of commercial disputes, including pleadings, evidence gathering, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial advocacy.• Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior corporate clients, investors, financial institutions and private individuals.• Team Leadership & Mentoring. Qualified solicitor or barrister with a current practising certificate in England & Wales (or equivalent).• Relevant Experience.
