About the TeamDoorDash’s Commerce Platform empowers merchants with the tools they need to grow and operate their businesses—both in-store and online. Drive On-Demand is a key component of this platform, providing white-label fulfillment solutions for merchants across verticals such as Grocery, Convenience, Retail, Alcohol, Health, and more.The Commerce Platform Logistics team is a sustainable growth team within Commerce Platform. Within the Commerce Platform Logistics team, we own cost and quality for the Non-Restaurant (NonRx) business—ensuring that DoorDash Commerce Platform is the most cost effective, reliable way for merchants to reach as many customers as possible through their first-party channels. This means expanding product offerings and improving network efficiency to simultaneously reduce fulfillment costs and unblock growth for merchants while providing Dashers with valuable earnings opportunities.About the RoleAt DoorDash, our goal is to empower local economies. A key part of that mandate is to improve fulfillment efficiency and costs to allow more merchants to scale e-commerce channels. We are looking for a leader with an “and not either/or” mindset who is passionate about driving sustainable growth. As a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations – Delivery Cost, you will play a key role in analyzing, tracking, and improving fulfillment cost and efficiency, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify trends, scope impactful initiatives, and support the execution of network efficiency improvement strategies.Your work will be both strategic and deeply operational. One day, you might be sizing the impact of a change to how we batch orders.
