The role requires a seasoned logistics professional who can analyze documentation, evaluate OPIR products, and provide cost effective sustainment recommendations. The candidate will collaborate with contractors and government leads, supporting both ongoing sustainment programs and new acquisition efforts.Key Responsibilities• Sustainment & Depot Support:○ Provide depot-level sustainment planning expertise for space systems and related ground infrastructure.○ Analyze logistics documentation and program plans to ensure alignment with sustainment objectives.○ Recommend cost-effective sustainment processes and infrastructure improvements.• Acquisition & Evaluation:○ Support DoD acquisition efforts for new systems, integrating sustainment considerations into planning.○ Review contractor proposals, provide technical recommendations, and support evaluation processes.○ Participate in technical discussions with contractors and Government project leads.• Documentation & Technical Orders:○ Review, validate, and update system technical documentation and OPIR products.○ Support Technical Order development, ensuring accuracy in engineering drawings and system impacts.○ Provide recommendations on equipment configuration, parts, sparing, and support concepts.Pay: $50-60/hr depending on experienceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
