This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Arkansas (USA)Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Scrum Master in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship or work c2c for this role.Responsibilities:• Support and lead scrum team(s) to become self-managed, self-organized, cross-functional, and highly efficient teams that deliver high-quality products in an iterative cadence using the concept of fail fast.• Coach and mentor the team in its agile adoption.• Maintain a safe working environment for the team in which they can thrive.• Facilitate Scrum events such as refinement, backlog grooming, prioritization, stand-ups, estimation, showcase/demo, and retrospectives.• Collaborate with Product Manager to plan roadmap execution based on estimates and capacity; also identify risks to the plan.• Clarify deliverables and assignments to the scrum team and remove impediments.• Facilitate continuous improvement objectives based on feedback from retrospectives and enterprise compliance.• Facilitate the documentation of working agreement, definition of ready and definition of done for the scrum team.• Share metrics at the team level to improve maturity, and at the management and stakeholder level to share team.• Facilitate team building events to build team enthusiasm and relationships.• Champion change management initiatives.• Ensure the team follows compliance and audit rules and is fully engaged using the proper tooling.• Master conflict resolution at the team and stakeholder level.• Manage stakeholder relationships cross-team and at the management level.• Build trust, courage and transparency between the team and business.• Learn the Product domain and application suite to encourage the team to come up with creative and innovative solutions and break through blockers.• Track and map dependencies within and outside of team, plan for dependencies.Requirements:• 3 years of practitioner experience leading Agile / Scrum products.• Experience in Agile / Scrum dev• Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus#LI-Remote#LI-BB1This offer from "Conexess Group" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
