Position : Scrum Master (Exp in Medical Device or Healthcare Industry) RemoteLocation : San Diego, CADuration : 5 MonthsTotal Hours/week : 401st ShiftClient : Medical Devices CompanyLevel of Experience : Senior LevelEmployment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT)Job Description• The Scrum Master is an agile practitioner who supports and guides teams in applying agile principles and methodologies.• Their primary goal is to facilitate the continuous delivery of business processes and technology solutions related to the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business.• The Business Systems Transformation department focuses on key areas, including Quote to Cash, Issue to Resolution, Technical Support, Field Service, and Sales, which covers leads, opportunities, quotes, contracts, and pricing. B.S. in Computer Science, engineering or other technical field (or equivalent work experience).• 5+ years experience managing software development projects (3+ years in agile environments: scrum, kanban, hybrid)• 5+ years cross-functional program/project management experience with significant focus on dependency management, risk management & resource/vendor management• Experience with Agile Project Management Applications (i.e. Jira, Rally, VersionOne)• Experience with various technology stacks• Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel, PPT, and Visio• Experience working in a service organization a plus• Experience within a medical device or healthcare industry a plus
