You will work closely with various stakeholders and users daily across the business gathering requirements, offering best practices, and understanding business needs for each segment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the Salesforce ecosystem.A Typical Day• Offer first-level support to Service Cloud and Sales Cloud users through Jira tickets, troubleshooting issues and promptly resolving basic user tickets.• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales and service performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.• Utilize Process Builder, Workflow, and primarily Flow to automate business processes and streamline workflows within Salesforce.• Assist in ongoing projects and implementations related to Salesforce customization, enhancements, and integrations.• Ensure data integrity by managing record types, profiles, and role hierarchy.• Perform data maintenance tasks such as data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration as needed.• Collaborate with other administrators and often work with different technical teams to implement new features and enhancements.• Assist in user training and documentation to promote effective utilization of Salesforce capabilities.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation efforts.• Assist in the development and execution of test plans for system changes and new implementations.To Land This Opportunity• You have 1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce support role• Bonus points if you have a Bachelor’s degree• You are proficient in comprehending business requirements and aligning them with Salesforce solutions• You have a strong understanding of the platform and can assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, and familiarity using Automation Tools, primarily Flow Builder• You love Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard creation• Experience building complex flows• You’re a self-starter with the ability to wear multiple hats and a great problem solver• You have the ability to trouble shoot and communicate about technical issues with non-technical team members who are experiencing issuesExtra Awesome• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) + any extra Salesforce Certifications.• You possess Campaign and Lead Management experience• You have Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience• Familiarity with data import tools such as Data Loader IO.• Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Components• Familiarity with Experience Cloud (Formerly known as “Communities”)About Your Future TeamYou’re really in for a treat.
