Leveraging extensive intelligence and relationships across the global investor community, its team of professionals provides the guidance and execution for companies to achieve their complex corporate governance, investor relations, and shareholder communication objectives.Alliance is expanding its business development and marketing teams across several global markets and is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to support the growth of its revenue operations.This position is on-site in Little Falls, NJ 4 days a week with Fridays being remote; this position is not eligible for relocation.RESONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU WILL DO:• Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment, inclusive of Sales Cloud and Account Engagement, supporting global users.• Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and issue escalation for Salesforce users.• Manage system integrity and compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).• Integrate and manage third-party data feeds and external Salesforce integrations (e.g., FactSet, ZoomInfo).• Maintain Account Engagement as Alliance’s email marketing and prospect nurture platform and develop best practices for campaign management• Handle core administrative functions, including user account maintenance, permission sets, profiles, data security, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations.• Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program, including SOP documentation and continuous user support, to improve adoption and productivity.• Collaborate with leadership to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions and develop usage best practices.• Support change management by assisting with Salesforce releases, sandbox testing, and deployment of new features.• Partner with external Salesforce developers and consultants on enhancement projects.• Deliver accurate KPI reporting and analytics to accelerate business expansion.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:• 1-2 years in salesforce administration• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Account Engagement• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proactive work style.• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI) a plus.EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:• 2 years experience working with Salesforce; prior experience in consultancy and/or financial services environment a plus.• Bachelor’s Degree required• Prior experience in consultancy and/or financial services environment a plusAlliance Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
