Job DescriptionJob Title:Salesforce AdministratorLocation :Linthicum Heights, MDMinimum Requirements:• Minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.• Hands-on expertise with Experience Cloud, CMS, Marketing Cloud Connect, Account Engagement, and Lightning App Builder.• Demonstrated skill with declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).• Experience with Salesforce integrations and secure, bidirectional data exchange.• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model: OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and sharing sets.• Proven track record building public-facing web forms, event registration portals, and templated communications.• Ability to translate mission requirements into technical solutions and articulate trade-offs to stakeholders.• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience. A degree from an ABET or NCAE accredited institution in one of the following fields is highly desired: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Cybersecurity. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.• Clearance Requirement: Active Secret• Certification Requirements:• Active IAT Level I certification (or higher)• Salesforce certification: Salesforce Platform Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Experience Cloud Consultant• One of the following additional active certifications: SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, or GFACTDuties & Responsibilities:• Refine and maintain the Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with delivery teams.• Optimize Service Cloud configurations for scalable case management, role-based access, and secure data sharing.• Enhance Marketing Cloud capabilities for asset management, campaign automation, and engagement tracking.• Improve Experience Cloud sites for public-facing forms (RFIs, surveys, event registration) and ticket routing.• Facilitate integrations with Jira and Outlook; design and support API-based record sharing using JSON and related standards.• Implement role-based access controls and sharing models across departments.• Build and maintain declarative automations (Flows, validation rules, approval processes); leverage advanced low-code tools such as OmniStudio where appropriate.• Support integration efforts using APIs, MuleSoft, or native connectors.• Develop dashboards and reports for campaign performance, event metrics, and service SLAs.• Lead data hygiene efforts: deduplication, record cleanup, and governance.• Establish documentation, coding standards, and data dictionaries.• Partner with stakeholders across business units to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.Other:• Salesforce certifications: Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Consultant and Application Architect.• Experience with Salesforce implementations and architecture design across full project life cycles.• Prior experience in DoD or federal government environments and familiarity with GovCloud offerings.• Familiarity with Jira–Salesforce integration and API-based record syncing.• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-171).• Experience with Tableau CRM or other Salesforce-native analytics tools.• Strong background in API development and JSON data handling for secure integrations.• Exposure to advanced low-code automation using OmniStudio to create guided user experiences.• Understanding of AI-ready data architecture to support future analytics initiativeSalary:$109,000.00Summary:Allyon is a certified woman-owned small business dedicated to empowering cleared IT professionals to reach their career goals and building high-performance teams for our federal government clients nationwide.
