Salesforce Administrator Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite in Norfolk, VA; 2 days remote Recreational Dealer Solutions, a Dominion Enterprises company, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Norfolk, VA team. As Salesforce Administrator, you will maintain and support our Salesforce, Certinia, and AppExchange applications. This role will serve as a primary contact for internal users, ensuring seamless system performance, data integrity, and end-user support. You will work closely with business systems and operations teams to improve processes and enhance the user experience. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do• Administer Salesforce, Certinia, and AppExchange applications• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure appropriate access and security• Respond to end-user issues and training requests• Maintain system metrics to monitor usage and data quality• Identify usage issues and develop functional and technical communication plans to address them• Partner with management to analyze problems, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions• Collaborate with vendor partners to design and deliver integrated and scalable Salesforce solutions• Maintain enhancement and issue logs; act as the initial point of contact for internal requests, issue resolutions, and trainings• Implement and maintain complex sales and service workflows, including flows, validation rules, and other automation tools• Oversee data integration and quality processes• Monitor and maintain system security and data access policies in alignment with organizational compliance standards• Support release management processes including sandbox testing, deployment coordination, and change documentation• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support operational insights and decision-making• Document configuration, processes, and best practices to support scalability and knowledge sharing• Provide training and one-on-one support to usersWhat You Bring To The Table• BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience• Experience administering and/or developing in a Salesforce environment• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred• Demonstrated ability to test, implement, and document Salesforce system changes independently• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)• Effective time management and organizational skills• Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plusWhy You’ll Love It Here• Work with a collaborative and supportive team• Contribute to impactful systems that drive operational efficiency• Opportunity to grow your Salesforce skillset and business acumen• Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, company match up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.This role offers a compensation of approximately $85,000 / annually.
