Our client, a leading organization in the technology and education sector, is seeking a Sales Assistantto join their team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of the sales support department supporting customer engagement and renewal processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Sales AssistantLocation:Houston, TX - RemotePay Range:$21.42 - $23.63 on Experis W2 - Benefits/PTOWhat's the Job?• Support renewal and growth initiatives within the education sector, focusing on K12 and community colleges.• Assist in managing customer renewals, cloud migration, and modernization projects.• Contribute to signal-based customer acquisition efforts through inbound campaigns.• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate renewal processes.• Maintain compliance with company policies and engagement rules throughout customer interactions.What's Needed?• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.• Experience in sales pipeline management or customer engagement preferred.• Basic knowledge of cloud solutions and licensing models is a plus.• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.Hard Skills:1.
