Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline• 3+ years of experience in high volume full life cycle IT recruiting with proven success managing senior executives, clients and business leaders• Computer experience with ATS (ex: Bullhorn), spreadsheets, databases and Human Resources information systems preferred• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (ex: Beeline) preferred• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter• Consulting experience leading major change efforts, preferably in the area of staffing initiatives• Consulting skills• Experience with Financial customers preferred• Excellent communication and verbal skills with exceptional interpersonal skills• Customer service orientation• Teamwork• Thorough planning and organizing abilities• Must have ability to exercise good judgment with demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.• Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities quickly to support the business Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $68,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
