The ideal candidate has experience in diagnosing and treating patients using herbal medicine and TCM nutrition, developing personalized treatment plans, and educating patients on long-term wellness strategies.This role is ideal for a practitioner who thrives in a collaborative, integrative environment and is comfortable providing care via telehealth.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Conduct detailed virtual consultations to assess patient health, identify underlying imbalances, and determine appropriate TCM-based diagnoses.• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development events to stay informed of best practices in integrative and fertility care.• Develop comprehensive, personalized nutritional treatment plans to support fertility, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.• Provide detailed dietary and nutritional guidance based on TCM principles—addressing food energetics, preparation methods, seasonal adjustments, and individual constitution.• Educate patients on holistic lifestyle strategies, including stress reduction, sleep hygiene, and self-care practices aligned with fertility optimization.• Document all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately, maintaining compliant, organized, and up-to-date patient records in the telehealth system.• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers—including acupuncturists, functional medicine practitioners, and health coaches—to deliver coordinated care.IDEAL CANDIDATE• Licensed or certified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Acupuncture, or Chinese Herbal Medicine (as permitted by state or regional law).• Strong background in TCM diagnostics, herbal prescription, and nutrition counseling.• Experience providing direct patient care using TCM principles and evidence-based nutritional approaches.• Demonstrated skill in developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans for ongoing patient progress.• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients through accessible, compassionate care.• Comfortable working within a telehealth environment and using electronic record systems for charting and follow-up.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE• Specialized experience in fertility, women’s health, hormonal balance, or reproductive wellness.• Familiarity with functional medicine frameworks and how to integrate them with TCM.• Prior experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary or integrative care team.HOW TO APPLYBecause this role involves video-based interactions, please ALSO send us a short 1-minute video (longer is fine, but not required) introducing yourself and sharing why this opportunity interests you.
