The Service Network Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching Field Service Partners for troubleshooting and maintenance on residential solar photovoltaic systems, while also managing internal ticket updates and participating in team meetings.Responsibilities• 75% Dispatching Tickets to our Field Service Partners through our CRM platform• Triage agent requests to send Field Service Partners out to the site for troubleshooting, maintenance or repair. Create new field dispatch work orders and assign them to designated field partners.
