Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NikSoft Systems Corporation is searching for a Salesforce Release Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will craft and implement Salesforce DevOps frameworks and build CI/CD pipelines using the Flosum platform, while also interacting with senior Agency Leadership regarding application deployment strategies.Responsibilities• Coordinate and manage release deployments and promotions.• Design Salesforce DevOps Frameworks using the Flosum platform.• Implement all aspects of the Package Development Model.• Consult on enterprise architectural patterns that aid in the delivery of the Package Development Model.• Build CI/CD pipelines.• Build automated test suites.• Mentor development teams on the nuances of the Package Development Model.• Support the Program Management Office (PMO) and/or users to address their requests, questions, and concerns.Skills• Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Release Management / DevOps role.• Experience deploying, promoting, and managing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform.• Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with the Flosum platform.• 5+ years of developing and managing DevOps solutions for the salesforce platform.• An understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies.• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.• Communication skills key!
