We respect and integrate both Western and Eastern medicine, offering options that support or complement conventional care.We never promise to get someone pregnant, but we promise there's beautiful work to be done to maximize their chances from the inside out.THE OPPORTUNITYWe’re seeking a Remote Sales Closer to join our team and connect with highly motivated, pre-qualified inbound leads—women who have already paid to speak with us about their fertility journey.This is not a cold-calling role. We have a full calendar of interested prospects and a dedicated team member who sets qualified appointments for you. Your role is to guide prospective clients through our program offerings, answer questions, and help them understand how we can support their goals.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Take sales calls with fully qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling)• Guide potential clients through our fertility programs• Prep and follow up for each call (~2 hours per sales appointment)• Collaborate with our team to refine and optimize our sales process• Participate in weekly elite sales coaching and ongoing training (live feedback to your first 5 calls with customers, weekly workshops breaking down examples + prerecorded onboarding training library)SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS• Flexible hours – you control your availability through our booking system• Occasional early evening calls may also be helpful based on client preferences• Estimated 20–40 hours/week• Start part-time; potential to scale based on performance — no full-time requirement• Expected average close rate: 30% (with opportunity to exceed through training and coaching)IDEAL CANDIDATE• Experience in high-ticket consultative sales, especially in health, wellness, or fertility-related fields• Bonus: Former medical device sales reps encouraged to apply• Comfortable on video and speaking with women and couples in vulnerable, emotionally sensitive conversations• Passion for holistic health, women’s wellness, or personal experience with infertility is a big plus• Confident, empathetic communicator with strong follow-throughHOW TO APPLYBecause this role involves video-based interactions, please ALSO send us a short 1-minute video (longer is fine, but not required) introducing yourself and sharing why this opportunity interests you.
